Worked with VOOR on a multi-phase project that required significant designing and programming around our live production facility. I sat down with Ellis and his team to go through the project scope and timeline... VOOR came back with final and phase drawings on how the project would flow.
While working on the project, the team maintained communication to ensure the works wouldn’t impact production lines. Their weekly phasing plans were detailed, explaining areas to be demolished, installed, or modified, as well as routes and times for material transport to reduce risks to production... This not only pleased our health and safety manager but also our technical team, as we still had audits taking place during the works.
